We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in property or real estate law, including conveyancing and leasing.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, research, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail, as well as a proactive and commercial approach to client service.

A Bachelor's degree in Law is required, and the candidate should be a qualified lawyer with demonstrated experience in property or real estate law.

The role involves advising on commercial conveyancing, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, as well as working on leasing matters across both commercial and retail portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including conveyancing and leasing;
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues related to property law;
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and other property documentation with precision and commercial insight;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive advice to clients;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified lawyer with a Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in property or real estate law, including conveyancing and leasing;
  • Skill: Strong drafting, research, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail, as well as a proactive and commercial approach to client service.
