Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, including preparing legal documents and contracts, liaising with clients and other parties involved in the transaction, providing legal consulting services, and addressing any legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process. The Conveyancer will ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting property searches
  • Effective communication and client management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements in conveyancing
  • Proficiency with office software and conveyancing tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in a legal or conveyancing setting is advantageous
