  • Ensure specialty products meet the highest safety and quality standards through effective QC checks and testing across production.
  • Lead projects to enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels, training and mentoring production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.

This role requires a strong analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, experience in recipe/specification management, data-driven quality reporting, and a good understanding of business dynamics. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field is essential, along with quality certifications highly desirable.
