About the Role

The Surgical Bookings team at Calvary Care plays a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the hospital departments. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of bookings and operational functions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and Scheduling - Manage bookings and scheduling processes to ensure seamless coordination between hospital departments and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and processing high-volume workloads.
  • Liaison and Communication - Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including VMOs and hospital staff.
  • Operational Support - Assist in the coordination of theatre schedules and provide support to the Patient Services Manager as required.

Requirements

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external clients.
  • Computer Literacy - Proficient in the use of patient administration systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail - Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
