Can Speak Canberra Speech Pathology is a dynamic, client-focused clinic dedicated to helping children and families achieve their communication goals. We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive **Receptionist** to join our team and help provide exceptional service to our clients and support our clinicians. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position later in the year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Reception**: Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with a positive and professional attitude.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling for clients, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- **Administration**: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records.
- **Billing and Payments**: Assist with processing payments, invoicing, and managing client accounts.
- **Support Team**: Provide administrative support to the speech pathologists and clinic staff as needed.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred (but not essential)
- A friendly, warm, and welcoming personality
- A genuine interest in supporting others and contributing to the success of the team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
