Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative marketing professional to lead our brand growth across all divisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be working directly with the General Manager, sales and service teams, and international partners.

You will take full ownership of our marketing engine – blending content creation, campaign strategy, advertising, PR, and digital tools to deliver powerful results.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing high-quality content that captures our lifestyle and product experience.
  • Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Using AI tools to streamline content, generate campaign ideas, and automate marketing processes.
  • Developing and leading international marketing strategies to support global dealer expansion and product exports.
  • Managing executive-level PR and building personal brand strategies for our leadership team.
  • Tracking performance via analytics and reporting regularly on growth, ROI, and brand performance.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Creative to align on messaging and objectives.
About You

We are looking for a high-performance marketer who blends creative execution, commercial thinking, and a genuine passion for the outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years in marketing, content, or digital advertising roles.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (strategy to execution).
  • Hands-on skills in photography and videography, particularly in outdoor or adventure settings.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency using AI tools for content creation and automation.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and confident in reporting on results.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
