Key Responsibilities- Operational Coordination: Provide exceptional operational coordination requirements associated with customer business needs in a timely and seamless manner via various communication mediums.
- Referral Management: Apply key personnel clinical advice to patients' cases, facilitate outpatient consultations, pre-admission and pre-anaesthetist appointments, admissions, theatre/bed management and rehabilitation services.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Ensure referrals timelines for Total Episode of Care (TEC) are met, monitor patients' progress, record patient milestones and report accordingly.
- Problem-Solving: Provide problem-solving input to ensure a streamlined process for customers, key personnel, and patients.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage the Patient Facilitation Services team to ensure key performance indicators are met for service delivery and contribute to admissions improvement processes.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience in healthcare administration.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data Entry: Highly accurate data entry skills.
- Computer Skills: High-level computer skills and knowledge of hospital computer database programs.
- Time Management: Excellent time management to ensure deadlines are met and ability to work under pressure.
