This is a key role within our business, operating across Sunday to Thursday with varying hours.

About the Role
  • You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing exceptional positivity and professionalism at all times.
  • To best assist customers, you must gain and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Providing personalized one-on-one customer service is crucial to this role.
  • You will be responsible for assisting customers with all queries and processing sales efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider management and store team, you will help achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks such as visual merchandising setup, store cleanliness, and presentation is essential.
  • If a customer complaint arises, you will escalate it to management.
  • Consistently completing any mandatory training relevant to products, policy, and procedure is vital.
