**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ambassador of Fashion.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores, building strong relationships with regular customers, recognizing loyalty, and providing expert fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of customers, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and satisfying.
  • Stock Management and Sales Performance: Stay on top of stock levels, consult with customers to drive store sales, and maintain in-store visual merchandising, promoting a consistent brand image.
  • Supportive Team Player: Assist with various store duties including sales floor work, front register checkout, fitting room assistance, and in-store reserves, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to help colleagues when needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support administrative tasks and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
