Computer Systems Support Professional

Job Description:
• Provide Level 1 technical support in a dynamic team environment.
• Respond to Helpdesk telephone calls, mailbox requests, and walk-ins by offering expert advice for computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing problems within the iSeries ASA400 and Windows environments.
• Complete authorised ad-hoc requests within set service level agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk / Technical Support environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Be a self-motivated individual with a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Possess solid IT technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
