About the Opportunity

Humanology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and contribute to the decision-making process
  • Monitor the company's financial position, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with laws and guidelines
  • Help shape the organization's values, culture, and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS, charity, and community housing regulations
  • Serve as a culture custodian, promoting the values of Humanology
Key Skills and Experience
  • Financial literacy and experience in risk management commensurate with the knowledge required to function effectively as a director
  • Knowledge of a director's legal, ethical, fiduciary, and financial responsibilities
  • Experience in organizational change, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative, curious, and courageous mindset
  • Integrity and a passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
