">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading mental health centre in Kew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

">Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  2. To conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.">
  3. To provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and family therapy.">
  4. To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care to patients.">
  5. To maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.">
  6. To identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery.">
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.">
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).">
  • Postgraduate qualifications in psychotherapy or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a mental health setting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.">
