Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a challenging and dynamic opportunity for a qualified professional to lead the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of our roads and infrastructure network.

We are seeking an experienced manager who can develop and implement long-term strategies for the improvement of the road network, ensuring that the infrastructure is safe, reliable and sustainable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising infrastructure needs, ensuring effective delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and timeliness.

About the Role

This role reports to the Divisional Manager Engineering Services and involves liaison with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the effectiveness of quality procedures.

The ideal candidate will have relevant degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, as well as experience working with local government and project management skills. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage business processes, budgets and financial resources effectively.

A Class C (standard) Driver's Licence is also required.

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
