Electrical Supervisor Role

PHE has a new opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor with underground mining experience to join us on a project in South Australia. The successful candidate will work with the team to make the project a success, leveraging their skills and experience to deliver results on time and within budget.

About the Job
  • The role involves undertaking project-specific tasks as directed by the Superintendent, leading a team of Leading Hands and Electricians, and maintaining records of work-in-progress and communications.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in a supervisory role, and experience in underground mining.
  • Mining industry qualifications such as Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech, SA Electrical License, High-risk work License (with WP class) are highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Supervisory role, with minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent Leadership skills, with ability to lead by example and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to report task status and forecast outcomes.
  • Project management experience, with knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
  • Budget management experience, with ability to manage finances effectively.
