Parking Management Professional Wanted

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Parking Management Professional to join our team. As a vital member of the Business Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in steering and enhancing the Parking Services Project and Improvement functions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic plan for parking improvement initiatives with robust objectives, processes, and structure.

You will also provide key leadership that embraces a culture of teamwork and respect while supporting the Alliance Manager with Corporate Business planning, monitoring, and reporting.

In addition, you will undertake and manage projects and initiatives to attract and retain business in City of Perth Parking, undertake project scoping, risk vs benefit analysis, and evaluation of such initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan for parking improvement initiatives
  • Providing key leadership and support to the Alliance Manager
  • Undertaking and managing projects and initiatives to attract and retain business
  • Mentoring and developing officers within the Business Development Team
