About the Role

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the performance of a portfolio of energy storage sites. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, asset performance tracking, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle performance of energy assets, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Monitor and report on asset key performance indicators (KPIs), including technical performance, financial metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Oversee the management and development of a team of field engineers, ensuring high performance and growth.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize tasks based on operational urgency and strategic importance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all field service protocols.
  • Ensure customer scopes of work are supported by clear management plans and documentation.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of service documentation, including work instructions, risk assessments, and escalation pathways.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer issue resolution and service delivery updates.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to support asset-level budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide input into commercial proposals and contract reviews related to service scope and asset performance.
  • Support regular reporting cycles with accurate data and insights.
