Key Engineering Leadership Role
We are seeking a driven and technically capable engineer to lead a team of engineers delivering end-to-end engineering solutions for critical rail infrastructure projects.
- First point of contact for allocating engineering resources and supporting the delivery of asset management strategies across structural assets.
- Provide expert guidance to ensure technical integrity and safety across maintenance and new project works.
- Hands-on engineering leadership: manage a team, support field maintenance teams, conduct site inspections, and allocate resources for critical works.
- Lead engineering design reviews, project alignment, and strategy for aging structures assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex structural engineering work and providing technical guidance to emerging engineers.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and relevant Australian standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering outcomes while influencing and aligning stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lead cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
