
Digital Campaign Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward professional to help us accelerate customer engagement, build loyalty, and deliver best-in-class digital campaigns that reflect premium quality.
Digital Marketing Coordinator RoleThis hands-on role involves supporting and executing multi-channel digital campaigns focused on growing our customer base and retaining existing ones.
You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate across Brand, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver highly targeted campaigns that cut through and connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver grow and retain campaigns across social media, video, programmatic, and display.
- Manage timelines and workflows with the Marketing Operations team.
- Optimise campaigns in real-time using data insights and best practices.
Audience Targeting & Publisher Strategy:
- Work with internal teams to select publishers and platforms that align with campaign goals.
- Use customer data and segmentation to improve targeting and relevance.
- Recommend creative formats tailored to each channel.
Insights & Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyse campaign performance across KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions.
- Report findings using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Collaborate with Analytics to make performance-driven recommendations.
Media Planning & Budget Management:
- Develop digital media plans to meet strategic objectives.
- Manage and optimise multi-million-dollar campaign budgets across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Brand and Marketing Operations teams to ensure creative assets meet campaign needs.
- Align with the Product Owner teams on audience segmentation strategies.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Key Capabilities:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially mid-to-upper funnel campaigns.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering ROI-focused results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analytics and martech platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium).
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, DV360 are a plus.
