HUB MANAGER

This role oversees sales and customer service for Dymocks Tutoring's hubs, ensuring great student outcomes.

About You
  • Managing the hub site while providing sales support to customers.
  • Providing post-sales support (customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the hub centre effectively.
  • Taking customer sales calls.
  • Handling customer service enquiries.
  • General administration related to sales and customer service.
  • Maintaining a welcoming environment at the hub locations.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve effective shifts and tasks completion.
Criteria
  • Genuine, friendly, vibrant, and welcoming personality.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Current Working with Children Check or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in office productivity software.
Desirable Qualities
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.

Please note that this role requires a part-time commitment with specific available shifts. The business operates during school terms and has limited leave during school holidays.
