Mechanic for Pearl Farming Operations

The primary role of this position involves performing scheduled servicing, breakdown repairs, parts ordering, and ad hoc repairs on pearl farm vessels and associated machinery.

Located in Darwin, the ideal candidate must possess a mechanical trade qualification, a current driver's license, Australian Citizenship or Residency with full work rights, and pass a Pre-Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol test.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduled Servicing of Pearl Farm Machinery
  • Breakdown Repairs on Vessels and Associated Equipment
  • Parts Ordering and Inventory Management
  • Ad Hoc Repairs as Required

Requirements for this position are:

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification (Trade Certificate)
  • Current Driver's License
  • Australian Citizenship or Residency with Full Work Rights
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
