Role Overview

Create innovative designs for homes across Australia and New Zealand as a Senior Designer in our Hardgoods and Homewares team.

  • Innovative Designs: Develop products that align with brand image and target market requirements.
  • Trend Forecasting: Identify new product opportunities by analyzing market trends.
  • Product Development: Design and develop homeware products such as décor, candles, and dinnerware.
  • Leadership: Improve processes and culture within the team.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and brand vision alignment.

You will lead design and development from concept to final product. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective project management.

Cultivate a strong aesthetic sense and stay attuned to emerging trends with commercial potential.

Develops and inspires a high-performance team and culture across the team and with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing homeware products
  • Excellent understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Degree in Design or related field
