Your Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Create innovative designs that align with brand image and target market.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify new product opportunities in homewares markets.
- Product Design & Development: Lead design and development of hardgoods and homewares from concept to final product.
- Leadership: Constantly improve product, process, and culture.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in Hardgoods Design.
- Strong ability to forecast and implement on-trend product ranges with commercial appeal.
- Good understanding of commercial range architecture.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
- High proficiency in Illustrator, Solid Works, or 3D capabilities programs, and Photoshop.
