Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and vehicle allowance. Our benefits package includes comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale landscape construction projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our project managers, estimators, and site teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate large-scale landscape construction projects
  • Develop and implement project plans and budgets
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in Construction Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior landscape construction management
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
