We are seeking an experienced Food Production Team Leader to oversee the early morning bread team. This is a hands-on role that involves assembling high volumes of wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for next-day delivery.

About The Role:

  • ">
  • Lead a team of 24 staff during the 2am–7am shift">
  • Assemble sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, and other cold items">
  • Label, pack, and check items for accuracy and presentation">
  • Maintain flow and cleanliness across your section">
  • Guide your team to meet quality and speed targets">
  • Liaise with supervisors as needed">
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies">

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...:

  • ">
  • Have at least 3 years of food prep or kitchen experience (café, catering, QSR, or commercial kitchen)">
  • Are confident with portioning, assembly, and knife handling">
  • Have led or trained staff (or are ready to step into a leadership role)">
  • Thrive in a quiet, structured early morning environment">
  • Are neat, punctual, and keep your section on track">
  • Can read labels, follow systems, and communicate effectively">
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask">
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability">

Shift & Location:

  • Monday to Friday, 1:30am–7:00am">
  • Located at our CBD kitchen (near Town Hall station)">
  • No weekends or split shifts">
