About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake outreach calls to book prospective clients for initial fact-find meetings
  • Conduct strategy sessions to understand clients' current financial positions and future goals
  • Make recommendations to clients on suitable investment opportunities based on their circumstances
  • Provide pre- and post-settlement support to clients, working closely with the admin team
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients and conduct periodic reviews to support them in building their property portfolio over time
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and operations teams on process, product, or service improvements
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in investment sales or house and land sales
  • Ability to work from the office Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Passion, high energy, and self-motivation
  • Confidence in delivering information, strong numerical capability, and proven influencing skills
