You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting clients across various developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on best practices
- Deliver therapy to individuals, families, or groups across the lifespan
- Provide education and support to clients, carers, and families
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and educators
- Maintain adherence to NDIS, APS, and AHPRA standards and ethical practice
- Participate in reflective supervision, team development, and moderation
- Support clinical governance and quality standards
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Experience in paediatric, clinical, or counselling psychology
- Proven ability to work with trauma, neurodiversity, developmental, or complex mental health presentations
- Current First Aid, Working with Children Check, Police Check
- Excellent communication, documentation, and case management skills
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel
- Secure laptop/device to support privacy and compliance
