Expert Senior Psychologist RequiredWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Expert Senior Psychologist to provide high-level specialist advice and leadership across our organisation. The successful candidate will report to the Group Manager, Wellbeing Services and contribute to the development and implementation of psychological and wellbeing related initiatives.This is a senior clinical position which requires strong clinical governance and leadership skills. The role involves providing clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing evidence-based strategies and initiatives, and ensuring that all clinical services adhere to our Clinical Governance Framework.
  • Clinical supervision of a multidisciplinary team
  • Leadership and oversight of the Clinical Governance Framework
  • Supporting the psychological selection process for new recruits and specialist units
  • Providing high-level advice and briefings for psychological and wellbeing related matters
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Registration with AHPRA as a psychologist and endorsed area of practice in Clinical Psychology
  • Demonstrated record of achievement at a senior level in the development and successful implementation of organisational psychology management methods, frameworks and standards
  • Expert knowledge of psychological health improvement strategies, policies, procedures and human resource trends
