Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of stable and reliable manufacturing processes. As part of our Process Engineering team, you'll work collaboratively across various groups to drive supply chain and R&D project execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing safe, scalable, stable, and robust manufacturing processes
  • Supporting the introduction of new processes, equipment, and materials
  • Ensuring all process and quality system documentation requirements are met
  • Planning and developing engineering work packages for unique problems or team challenges

In addition, you'll be responsible for meeting the manufacturing network optimisation strategy by relocating/duplicating processes across the manufacturing network. To achieve this, you'll need to demonstrate your technical expertise in process/product technologies, as well as experience with tools such as DFSS/DMAIC, KT Problem Solving & Decision Making, PDCA, DOE's, and DOE's application.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar process development engineering role within a highly regulated industry
  • Basic technical expertise on process/product technologies
  • Good working knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC tools, KT Problem Solving & Decision Making, PDCA, DOE's, and DOE's application
