Job Description:

Relocation specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals undergo seamless relocation processes. As a relocation specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch relocation services to clients by being their primary point of contact during the relocation process.

  • Provide exceptional end-to-end relocation experience to relocating clients and their families through world-class case management.
  • Ensure members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Proactive administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements, ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail & time management skills.
