Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving patient medical referral information from customers and activating the most appropriate assets and crew resources for the mission.
  • Coordinating ground transport components and any companion/relative travel.
  • Monitoring timings and flight progress, including service delivery failures.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding incoming flights/patients/clinical status.
  • Coordinating patient transfer from one mode of transport to another as appropriate.
  • Collecting and collating mission and other data for internal/external KPI reporting.
  • Progressively entering case information into database.
  • Producing various reports, including daily status reports.
  • Conducting handover to next shift in a thorough and careful manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a logistics environment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team under pressure.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven IT skills in a range of applications and data entry (including typing skills).
  • Ability to multi-task, strategise and prioritise.
