As a Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement department, driving accountability and teamwork.

About This Role

This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork among your team members.
  • Manage supplier relationships, develop strategies to build strong partnerships, and negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to ensure accurate data entry into systems like SAP and CRM.
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably using SAP, and is passionate about building strong relationships with key suppliers and driving business results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in procurement, with a focus on relationship-building and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Certifications in areas such as SAP, APICS, or CSCP are highly valued.
