Job Title: Senior Data Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Compliance Manager to lead our team in enhancing our data compliance posture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing data compliance requirements across the business, ensuring security compliance obligations are met, and maintaining our information security management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess data compliance requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure security compliance obligations are met throughout the organization.
  • Maintain our information security management framework to ensure it remains effective and up-to-date.
  • Engage with service providers related to our data compliance practice to ensure they meet our security standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data compliance best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data compliance management, preferably in an information security and risk management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective data compliance strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
