Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Catholic Education Western Australia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff and students, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student and staff information, and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements

  • Experience and/or qualifications in professional administration.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to support the Catholic and Norbertine ethos of the College in the performance of their duties.
  • A current or ability to obtain a Police Clearance and a Working with Children Clearance.
