  • Able to consistently deliver quality, accurate, and timely work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including hosting and facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • Excellent self-management skills and experience in leading a design team.
  • Confident, team player, independent thinker, good organisational skills, personable, and able to contribute to the growth of the business.
