About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Production Supervisor to join our team at our Billinudgel / Brunswick Heads plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality concrete products, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and control the production process to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and allocate resources to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise contractors carrying out site maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform yard maintenance and operate front-end loaders as required.
  • Operate forklifts and manually handle bagged products.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in building, construction, or logistics, with experience in supervisory or management positions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs.
  • A willingness to undergo training on company systems and processes.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport.
  • FEL & FL competencies highly regarded.
