Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train team members to provide strong customer support and ensure they are familiar with all product features.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they are looking for.
  • Coordinate organizational activities and tasks with the management team.
  • Achieve personal sales goals through effective training and motivation of team members.

  • Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride in being part of the team.
  • Bring our vision and mission to life on the job and share them with your team.
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model at all times.
  • Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training the next generation of employees.

Visual Presentation:

  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on our planograms with the help of your team.
  • Stay on top of what the competition is doing.
  • Reflect our brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports and share the results with your team.
  • Open and close your store.
  • Respect and apply the policies and procedures of various departments.
