About the Trade Counter Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Trade Counter operative, working with plumbers and other tradespeople in Port Macquarie.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert customer service and product information
  • Preparing quotes and estimates for clients
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Performing administrative tasks to support branch operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in customer service, sales or warehouse management
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A clean driver's licence and willingness to work flexible shifts
