Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trade Counter representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality products and expert advice to plumbers and other tradespeople.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehousing, retail sales or customer service and possess excellent communication skills. You will be expected to maintain shop floor displays, ensure accurate information is provided, and effectively utilize a computer system.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information
  • Assist with pick packing and stock control activities
  • Maintain the branch environment, ensuring tidiness and safety standards are met
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a related field (warehousing, retail sales, customer service)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
