Trade Counter Opportunity

Our Trade Counter team in Port Macquarie is looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a key member of our trade counter staff, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople by providing them with the products they need, as well as undertaking tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product information
  • Quoting prices in person and over the phone
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
  • Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information
  • Helping maintain a tidy and safe branch environment

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has previous experience in warehousing, retail sales, or customer service, and enjoys interacting with customers in person and over the phone
  • Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information
  • Is comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Has a valid driver's license and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career and grow with our organization
