Mental Health Team Leader

Role Summary
As an experienced mental health professional, you will lead a small team of vocational specialists to provide individual placement and support services to young people with mental illness. Your expertise in career development advice and vocational assistance will enable individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IPS vocational services to young people with mental health needs.
- Lead and manage a small team of IPS vocational specialists.
- Collaborate with the headspace clinical team to provide holistic support to clients.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health/Community Services related discipline.
- Knowledge of Individual Placement and Support evidence-based supported employment principles.
- Recovery-focused attitude towards people with mental health needs.
- Experience leading staff/teams.
- Experience working with young people with mental health needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in employment services or social inclusion services.
- Well-developed computer and administration skills.
- Current Driver's license.
