Early Childhood Services Compliance Manager

The Early Childhood Regulatory Authority seeks a Senior Regulatory Officer to contribute to the regulation of early childhood education and care services in Queensland.
This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies and guidelines. The successful applicant will have experience as a regulator or be able to rapidly acquire knowledge of regulating the sector, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Supporting the regulatory authority by consistently and fairly applying relevant legislation, standards, policies and guidelines;
- Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Conducting assessment and rating of education and care services across Queensland.
Applicants should have:
- Experience in conducting assessment and rating, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and complete training;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects and tasks efficiently; and
- A passion for early childhood, with a focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of all children attending early childhood education and care services.
