Our commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care services drives us to seek a dedicated Quality and Compliance Officer.

This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our centres maintain exceptional standards through comprehensive compliance audits, regulatory support, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Compliance, Safety and Risk Manager and be at the forefront of quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance audits across EEL centres to ensure adherence to National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements. This includes performing regular on-site inspections and assessments to maintain quality standards, identifying compliance gaps, and working collaboratively with centre teams to implement corrective actions.

You will provide expert guidance and support to centre management on regulatory compliance matters, stay current with early childhood education regulations, and communicate changes to stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist centres in preparing for regulatory assessments and external audits, lead the development, review, and enhancement of policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements, and ensure policy implementation across all centres.
