Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our inventory is accurate, well-organized, and optimally managed across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.
- Maintain precise inventory records using enterprise resource planning systems.
- Monitor and improve stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout, stock location systems, and space utilization improvements.
- Develop processes that reduce handling errors, waste, and lead times.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Clear comprehension of supply chain processes from procurement to production to customer delivery.
- Proactive mindset, identifying problems and solving them before they escalate.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities.
