Training Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Deployment Management and Training Team Member.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization by supporting the development of human resource policies, strategies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of business improvements related to operational practices, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality service and professional practices and standards.
- Australian citizenship is essential.
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Relevant qualification or extensive experience and knowledge in the field is highly desirable.
