Train and Station Presentation Specialist

About the role:
The Train and Station Presentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of trains and station areas meet the highest standards. This involves cleaning and presenting trains for service, as well as maintaining station areas to the required standard.
Main responsibilities:
- Clean and present trains for service in accordance with train presentation standards.
- Clean and present station areas to the required standard.
- Dress appropriately and professionally for the role at all times.
- Respond to customer queries with confidence and courtesy.
- Removal of internal and external graffiti.
- Undertake cleaning of biological hazards.
- Complete paperwork as required, detailing and signing for all work carried out.
- Dispose of collected wet waste in accordance with local instructions.
- Advise Duty Manager of any problems or defects identified.
- Work effectively as part of a team and alone.
Working pattern:
The working pattern involves working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days, with a four-week roster rotation. This includes one in four Sundays outside of the working week, from 0530 to 1330.
