Subcontracts Officer Role Summary

As a Subcontracts Officer, you will play a vital role in managing subcontractor and supplier records, ensuring documentation is processed accurately and in line with governance frameworks.

This opportunity allows you to contribute meaningfully to supplier and subcontractor management while building expertise in a structured, process-driven environment.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will provide essential support to our Supply Chain team by processing and managing subcontractor documentation and supplier records.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements, supporting onboarding and compliance activities for subcontractors, and assisting in the purchasing of goods and services by managing Supply/Subcontract Agreements and contract documents.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflows, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to performance review processes.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier records efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
  • Support onboarding and compliance activities for subcontractors.
  • Assist in the purchasing of goods and services by managing Supply/Subcontract Agreements and contract documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as confidence to uphold governance and explain procedures clearly.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals are also highly regarded.

Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); SAP experience is an advantage but not essential.
