Housing Crisis Interventionist

RSL Queensland is seeking dedicated professionals to join our Veteran Homelessness Program, working closely with veterans and their families to provide high-quality support.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate homelessness support services, placing the individual at the centre of their support network.
• Foster active engagement in housing goals through tailored case management plans, applying best practice knowledge to empower individuals and families.
• Carefully manage cases of clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing guidance on social and community housing applications and tenancy sustainment strategies.

This role requires a degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or Health Sciences, or equivalent. Experience in housing and homelessness services is highly valued, as well as an understanding of relevant policies and community resources.
