Talent Quarter PTY Ltd is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in a community-based setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with NDIS participants and support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes.
About the Company:
We are a leading provider of therapeutic support and services in the community. Our experienced team of professionals works together to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate program effectiveness and develop evidence-based therapy strategies.
- Complete behavioural assessments and create behaviour support plans.
- Liaise with participants, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health professionals to provide multi-disciplinary care.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to code of ethics and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient level Behaviour Support Practitioner qualification.
- Relevant degree, such as Psychology, Social Work or PSBP qualification.
- Completed BSP training as per NDIS requirements.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
- Current police clearance, WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check.
