Driver Training Professional

We are seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the safe and efficient onboarding of new employees, managing inductions for drivers, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies and workplace regulations.

The day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Scheduling and conducting driver training sessions, including inductions for new equipment and client sites.
  • Managing and updating driver training records and registers.
  • Coordinating with Transport Manager to ensure all drivers are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Providing support to the Transport team as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and transport management, with a focus on driver safety and compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, Fatigue Management, Mass Management, and Load Restraint processes and policies.
  • A MC Licence is essential.
