Centre Management Opportunity

The Centre Manager will have a values-based focus, strong leadership ability to coach, lead, motivate and work collaboratively in a small team to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to be positive and efficient, taking a proactive approach to developing and upskilling the team.
  • Ensure compliance to Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Responsible for all performance outcomes of the centre, including people resources, financial reporting and customer satisfaction.
  • Systems management, administration and reporting across all stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Understanding and oversight of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Experienced with Seniors and Dementia and able to develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Efficient, well-organised, with previous demonstrated experience in operations, financial management, strong IT literacy.
  • Centre facility Operations along with Recreation experience - desirable.
  • Up to date Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations, Current WA Drivers Licence, Police Clearance valid within the last 6 months and NDIS Screening Check.
